Affordable Housing for Students and Single Mothers

At A Sage's Sanctuary, we offer unique co-living arrangements for college students and single mothers, providing affordable, stable housing while supporting educational growth and personal development.

For Students:

  • Shared Living & Peer Support: 3–4 students per room (males with males, females with females) to foster accountability and camaraderie.
  • Housing Duration: Up to 6 years for university students; 2 years for community college students.
  • Financial Assistance: Supported by emergency aid and student grants.
  • Holistic Development: Creative rituals, structured community, academic support, and life skills coaching to help balance the stress of adulting.

Single Mothers in College

  • One family per room
  • Aid-backed rent via CalWORKs, Pell Grants
  • Trauma Recovery-friendly schedule: meals, movement, childcare, coaching
  • A safe, supportive environment to pursue education and build a better future for you and your children.

24-Hour Monitoring & Maintenance

Our dedicated team ensures that every resident’s safety, comfort, and well-being are prioritized at all times. With round-the-clock monitoring and regular property upkeep, we provide a secure environment where everyone can feel at home.
